Important information about placing, processing, delivering and tracking your orders with Micro Dental.
General Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Micro Dental website (the “Site”), operated by SR7 Tech. Please see below for the general terms and conditions about placing an order with Micro Dental.
Accurate Order Information
Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information.
Delivery Address
Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in wrong delivery.
Order Processing
Allow up to 1 week for processing and delivery.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Shipping Charges
Home delivery charges apply according to destination and cart value.
General Ordering Terms
1. Accurate Customer Information
Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form. A telephone number is required for most states.
2. Address Responsibility
Micro Dental will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
3. Credit Card Authorization
All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Micro Dental is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
4. Processing & Delivery
Customers should allow up to 1 week for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 1 week, Micro Dental will inform the customer at the earliest.
5. Product Availability
All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
6. Product Appearance
All items offered may vary slightly in their size, colour and shape. This variation is due to different screen resolutions across users’ displays.
7. Shipping Charges
Product prices featured on Micro Dental are exclusive of home delivery charges by courier service, as shipping charges are applicable according to the customer’s destination state and cart value.
8. Courier Delays
Shipping timings provided are the usual timings taken by couriers, but we have no control in case of any delay due to bad weather or natural climatic conditions, or an unlocatable or unreachable service pincode area.
1. Delivery Information
Micro Dental, at its own cost, guarantees to deliver products to all cities and states across Pakistan. E-Dental Mart shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch of the shipment, depending upon the location.
Since transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, customers are requested to provide a full address with pin code / zip code.
Billing Address means the address where a customer receives their credit card bills. Shipping Address means the address where the order is to be delivered.
Should a customer wish to avail other alternate shipping options, Micro Dental may suggest other options. On special request, Micro Dental may also provide special quotes for shipping via other transport companies as per the convenience of the client.
In case of multiple orders, the customer may receive them separately, depending on product availability and shipping locations. All products are shipped from Micro Dental.

2. Transit Risk
All orders sent by Micro Dental are fully insured by the shipping companies, at no extra cost to the customer.
In case of loss of an order while ‘in transit’, Micro Dental shall not be held responsible for the order. In such circumstances, the amount of the order will be negotiated and reprocessed with a handsome discount.
3. Tracking Of Shipment
Micro Dental shall provide shipment details to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier agency.
The email alerts contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. The customer may use these details to keep a check on the status of the package.
Please note that tracking numbers for shipped orders may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website.
4. Request For Change Of Postal Address
The postal address provided by the customer may be changed within 24 hours of placing the order, and not later, by making the request via email to info@microdental.com.
5. Cash on Delivery
Micro Dental delivers products throughout Pakistan with a Cash on Delivery facility available nationwide.
For orders above a value of 25,000 PKR, the client must deposit an initial advance amount equal to a minimum of 25% of the total invoice. Payment in such cases can be made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or online bank transfer.
